aqq9 Platform Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before joining aqq9. By using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these rules.

2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details secure. You are strongly advised not to share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify support immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount on aqq9 is ৳100. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit of ৳100 applies to each method.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.
3.3 Verification
Before a withdrawal, aqq9 may request identity verification. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal may be delayed. This process is followed to ensure user security.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on aqq9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The aqq9 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. This means you must place total bets of 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing it. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets to be eligible for withdrawal.
4.3 Bonus Usage Limits
A bonus may only be usable on specific games. Each bonus comes with a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires. If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account will be cancelled.
4.4 Promotional Offers
From time to time, aqq9 runs various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are published at the time the promotion is announced. aqq9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
VIP Program
The aqq9 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver — Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Gold — Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Platinum — Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Diamond — Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. Full authority over determining and changing VIP tiers rests with aqq9 at its own discretion. Cashback is automatically credited to your account every week.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on aqq9:
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
- Creating or using multiple accounts.
- Using manipulation or dishonest methods to obtain bonuses.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software, systems, or gameplay.
- Using automated bots or third-party software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour or colluding with other users to gain unfair advantages.
- Threatening or harassing platform staff, support agents, or other members.
If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended or cancelled and all funds will be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified where applicable.
Account Suspension and Cancellation
aqq9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of terms and conditions.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- If verification documents are not provided.
- In the case of prolonged inactivity (no activity for more than 12 months).
- At the user's own request.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time. To do so, please contact the support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before the account is cancelled.
